Across the U.S., millions of abandoned and orphaned oil and gas wells silently leak methane into the atmosphere—posing environmental and public health risks. ARCryo transforms these liabilities into localized, low-cost energy sources. Using modular HRU technology, we capture and convert previously stranded gas into cryogenic LNG, fueling data centers, microgrids, and edge infrastructure with no new drilling required.

1. What exactly does ARCryo provide?
ARCryo offers modular LNG liquefaction (via HRU units), virtual pipeline delivery, and cryogenic-powered energy and cooling systems. Our solutions are tailored for data centers and remote infrastructure—off-grid, scalable, and water-free.
2. How is LNG delivered to my site?
We deliver LNG through a virtual pipeline: cryogenic ISO tanks transported by truck or rail. On-site storage tanks can be installed to ensure continuous fuel availability.
3. How much LNG do I need for my data center?
As a general benchmark:
• ~20,000 gallons/day supports 10 MW of continuous operation
• Our standard deployment delivers 60,000 gallons/day using a 2-HRU unit (N+1 configuration), supporting ~30 MW or more with redundancy
4. What are the contract terms for LNG supply?
We offer 10- to 15-year fixed-price contracts, indexed to natural gas feedstock, with optional escalation caps. Short-term or spot contracts may be available, depending on region and volume.
5. Can ARCryo provide the storage tanks and infrastructure as well?
Yes. Through our partners, we provide ISO tanks, vertical and horizontal storage vessels, vaporizers, and full Balance of Plant (BoP) services.
6. What makes your solution different from diesel or grid power?
Our cryogenic LNG systems offer:
• Significantly lower emissions than diesel
• Resilience against grid instability
• Integrated cooling via waste heat and absorption chillers
• Modular design for phased deployment and load-following flexibility
7. Do I need water for cooling?
No. ARCryo enables zero-water cooling using cryogenic processes, absorption chillers, and air-cooled modules—ideal for water-constrained environments.
8. How quickly can a system be deployed?
Typical deployment takes 6 to 9 months from contract to commissioning, depending on site preparation and permitting. Faster tactical deployments are available using mobile or pre-fabricated systems.
9. What permits are required for LNG systems?
We assist with all applicable federal, state, and local permits. Our systems comply with NFPA 59A, DOT, and EPA regulations governing LNG storage, transport, and emissions.
10. Can your system integrate with batteries, solar, or other renewables?
Absolutely. Our REOS™️ energy orchestration platform integrates LNG with CHP, batteries, solar, and AI optimization to deliver hybrid smart microgrids.
